Certainty.co.uk find a solicitor the UK’s on-line national will register ‘registry for wills’ has launched in Birmingham after almost 20 years’ lobbying for a national register of this nature. The register enables rapid registration of a will and the ability to search for lost or missing wills.

Designed exclusively for use by Law Society and STEP members in conjunction with the general public, the register cost in excess of £1 million to develop. (more…)

More than two years after he died, aged 88, the will of the chocolate heir has still not been published and Mandrake hears that all is not well between his widow, Janie, and her stepchildren. Cadbury, who was known as “The Cad”, had five children and one of them tells me: “Wills are always complicated, especially when there are three families involved.
