Certainty’s Manchester launch takes place at the Probate Section Annual Conference and AGM 2008 at the Lowry Hotel on 3rd July.
Developed over a two-year period, Certainty.co.uk has invested in excess of £1 million to provide a ‘national will register’ allowing members to easily register or search for a will. Extensive research has ensured that the register complies with legal requirements and is exclusively for the use of solicitors, STEP members and the general public.
Gerard O’Driscoll of Certainty comments, “The Probate Section is the oldest representative membership association of the Law Society providing best practice information and support to those working in the fields of wills so the conference is an ideal venue to meet delegates and continue our regional launch campaign. Currently rolling out by postcode, Certainty has been extremely well received, demonstrated by the rapid uptake of membership”.
Certainty’s chairman Mr Kevin Martin (Law Society President 2005/6) holds the firm belief that Certainty provides a definitive solution supported by advanced technological investment and regular consultations with key legal figures. Kevin says, “We believe we are the first organisation to actually provide a solution to the chronic problem of registration of wills.”
Certainty is Basel Convention compliant and exceeds ARERT’s specification. Importantly, Certainty promotes the services of will writing solicitors to the general public over and above unqualified will writers, promoting the legal profession to the public.
