A National Will Register in the UK is overdue as other European countries have already seized the initiative. Now, at last – with Certainty there is the opportunity to register and search for a will.
This will reduce the level of stress and upset to a family when someone dies as there will be the safeguard of knowing where their will is held. Traceability problems will be reduced and eventually eradicated as critical mass is achieved through the registration of a will.
