This is a letter the Certainty National Will Register has received from a member of the public.
I was about to write a Will and discussing it in the pub with my pal who said the adverts I’d seen to write my will for £39.50 were probably the same firm that he’d seen in the paper who are actually not solicitors. He suggested that I should find a will writing solicitor.
This amazed me because I thought that only solicitors could write wills but apparently I’m wrong. So I asked him how I find a will writing solicitor? He said to me that I could of course trawl some form of directory but he knew of a website called Certainty.co.uk where you can find a will writing solicitor. Sure enough I logged in, punched in my postcode and found all the will writing solicitors in my area.
