		<description>Many will writers welcome the idea of a regulated profession as they do not want to be tarred with the same brush as the cowboys.

In particular the Institute of Professional Willwriters have been actively lobbying for it. By contrast the Society of Will Writers is in favour of self regulation.

I take the view that this will remain an unregulated legal service for many years to come as the two will writing bodies will probably satisy most of the critics if not most of the qualified legal professionals such as Solicitors and Barristers.</description>
