This is a letter the Certainty National Will Register has received from a member of the public.

I’ve written my Will and my solicitor has now given me the opportunity to register it via certainty the Uk’s Will Register which records the location of your will. I didn’t even realise it was necessary to register a will but when I looked into it I can’t believe how many wills actually go missing and are assumed lost. If this happens your estate would be treated as if you had never written a Will.

Should I Register a Will?

This is a letter the Certainty National Will Register has received from a member of the public.

Although I’ve written my Will and it’s currently stored at my Solicitors office, I’m fully aware of the implications if my children were unaware of its location and could not find my Will. Over the years there’s a possibility for instance that the Solicitor could move away or even close offices leaving my children clueless to the fact that I’ve even written a Will.
